Andrew Goldin

Andrew Goldin is a seasoned leader in education reform and a licensed mental health professional with a diverse background spanning K–12 education, nonprofit leadership, and clinical social work. He brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, therapeutic expertise, and wellness coaching to his work.

Andrew currently serves as an outpatient therapist and multisystemic family therapist at Synergy Outpatient (University of Colorado – Anschutz Medical Campus), where he provides individual and family therapy for adolescents and caregivers. He is also a senior advisor to education reform organizations, including The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Contigo Education, and Gradient Learning, guiding executive teams on organizational strategy and leadership development.

Previously, Andrew was the founding executive director of Gradient Learning, a national nonprofit partnering with over 300 schools to deliver innovative academic solutions and coaching. He has held senior leadership roles at Summit Public Schools and YES Prep Public Schools, overseeing programs that impacted tens of thousands of students and educators nationwide.

Andrew holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver, an MBA from Harvard Business School (where he received the Dean’s Award), and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Bank Street College. He is a licensed social worker and addiction counselor in Colorado, as well as a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, reflecting his commitment to holistic well-being.
