The Employee Emergency Fund
The Team Member Emergency “Gap” Fund is a limited fund designed to support our staff members as they navigate an emergency situation. These funds are intended to address short-term needs which represent a threat to a team member’s ongoing financial well-being. Our goal through this fund is to support our staff by providing a small safety net for them in times of need. Our ask is simple -- we'd like every member of our community to contribute what they can, be it $5 or $500, to ensure DSST Team Members are supported and able to continue to serve our mission every day.
