Our Mission

To build a competitive athletics program (grades 6-12) that increases school enrollment, joy, and supports student athletes in personal growth. AST HS will be committed to the ideals of good sportsmanship, teamwork, ethical behavior, and integrity for all members of the community. 

Our Vision

To provide a world-class athletics experience that families and the community will be proud of as students learn and grow into college-ready, responsible, young adults.

Aurora Science & Tech will be CHSAA Members, starting in the 26-27 school year and members of the Foothills League.

Registration

In order to be part of any AST athletics, the registration process below MUST be completed:

  1. Get a current sports physical from your doctor

    • Registration with a CURRENT SPORTS PHYSICAL is needed BEFORE a student can tryout. The CHSAA approved form HERE is the only one we are allowed to accept this year and moving forward.

    • To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be uploaded to your Arbiter Account for initial processing two weeks before the start of the season. We no longer use Rschool and have moved over to Arbiter Registration. ALL families will need to make new accounts, following the process below, this year.

    • Physicals are valid for 12 months from the date of the last exam and must not expire prior to the end of the participating season.

    • Here is a resource to find a sports physical location near the school. Any urgent care center will help with this also! If your doctor can't get you an appointment early enough, please visit an urgent care center for a drop in fee.

  2. Register for the sport you'd like to play HERE on Arbiter Registration and upload a picture or file of your sports physical there.

  3. Pay the athletic fee for your season. Payment is NOT required until your child has officially secured a spot on a team after tryouts.
