Meet the School Director

Reibs 2024 MTVHS SDLauren Reibstein is thrilled to be starting her first year as School Director for DSST: Montview High School. She started working in education in 2010, and joined the DSST team in 2015. Lauren started with the network as a 9th grade math teacher at the DSST: College View Campus and later a Director of Curriculum and Instruction. In 2021, Lauren moved to the Montview Campus and served as Associate School Director. Lauren feels tremendous pride to be a part of the special Montview community. She believes that there is a special culture and legacy of excellence that sets MTV HS apart from any other school. As a leader, Lauren most values creating a sense of belonging and empowerment.
