Orientation (for all new students & their families)

Orientation will cover vital information including key foundations of our program for both students and families, guidance and support for the steps in the enrollment process, and provide students a space to begin to build our community. 

Registration (all students): 

• Online “Early Bird” Registration - (TBD)
• In Person Registration - Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Families can register online for the 2026-27 school year during one of two windows: The “Early Bird” window, (TBD) or in person at CGHS on August 4th.   We highly recommend registering online because it is convenient and saves your family time.  If you have questions about online registration, you can reach out to our Front Office at 303-802-4127.

To register online, sign in to Parent Portal, click on “See All Apps,” then click on “Online Registration” to verify or update your student’s information. Online registration can only be completed by the parent/guardian listed in the primary household of the student record. 

If you are unable to register online or need additional assistance, please attend our in-person registration day. If you are registering in person, please plan to bring a copy of your student’s birth certificate (if you are new to the school) or proof of address (if you have recently moved).

•Any new change of address (only if you have recently moved) 

•Immunization records for all new students or (current students who had any new vaccines) If you have any questions please contact the main office at 303-802-4127 ext. 4.

New Student Academy (REQUIRED)

June 8-10, 2026

New Student Academy (NSA) is for all new students to build familiarity and investment in culture, systems, and build strong relationships with each other and their teachers before the start of the year.  It is also an opportunity for our team to get an understanding of students current level of academic performance, so as to place them in the appropriate courses and best support them best in the coming school year.   Our students have loved NSA summer school in the past and have built some of their strongest bonds before the start of the school year.  We build in a ton of fun during these days to get students excited and ready for the transition to High School. New Student Academy will run from 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM (1st Dismissal) OR 12:15 PM (2nd Dismissal for Interventions + Clubs).
