New Student Academy (only for new-to-DSST students)

June 10 -12

New Student Academy is for our rising 8th grade students who are from non-DSST schools to build familiarity and investment in culture, systems, and build strong relationships with each other and their teachers before the start of the year.  It is also an opportunity for our team to get an understanding of students current level of academic performance, so as to place them in the appropriate courses and best support them best in the coming school year. Our students have loved new-to-DSST summer school in the past and have built some of their strongest bonds in NSA before the start of the school year.  We build in a ton of fun during these days to get students excited and ready for the transition to High School.
