Annual Family Update- Online Only

It is a requirement for all Denver Public School students to complete the Annual Family Update (formerly called Registratrion).  This year the District has an "early bird window" that will be available online to families to complete May 1st - May 31st. This "early bird window" will help families and schools get a headstart on registration for the new school year. The regular window will open July 27 and close for DSST on our first day of school (August 24th,2020)

Placement Testing

This year we will not be having a placement test for new to DSST students.  All 9th grade students will be placed  into "Math 1" (mostly algebra for those who aren't familiar with our program) unless the student has a transcript showing that he/she has passed algebra and/or geometry in middle school.

New Student Academy (required) 8/18 & 8/19

Students new to DSST are required to attend a virtual New Student Academy on August 17th and 18th from 8:30 am to 11:30 am.  The purpose of this time is to get new students acquainted with the school culture, meet other new students and be prepared to transition into high school. This will be an exciting time when you will meet your teachers, participate in fun activities & get to ask questions you may have regarding the school year.  We look forward to seeing you there!
