Orientation dates for the 2020-21 school year will be announced after school choice results come out in Spring 2020.  Come join to learn about our program, gear up for the new school year, and build excitement to join the Hornets commuinty!

Summer New Student On-Boarding

Details for our summer school for new new-to-DSST students.

Dates:                     New to DSST Summer School:  (School Days:  July 22nd – 30th ) 

Times:                     8:00am – 11:30 AM

2nd Dismissal:        12:15pm (For interventions / after school clubs)


Dress Code:                 Students need to be in DSST: Conservatory Green High School Dress Code, bring a backpack and writing utensils.  All other supplies will be provided!

New-to-DSST Summer School FAQ

1. Our summer plans coincide with the summer school session. What do we need to do in order to ensure that my child does not lose his/her spot? 
We understand that summer vacations are sometimes planned many months in advance. If you find that your student will not be able to attend summer school, please contact our school director, Adeel Khan,, or call our main line to make arrangements. 

2. Are students required to be in dress code during summer school? 
Yes. Students are required to abide by the dress code during summer school. 

3. Is transportation available during summer school? 
No, unfortunately transportation is not available during summer school. Many of our students use RTD to ride to and from school both during summer school and the school year. 

4. Will interventions (college prep, refocus, and mandatory tutoring) be served during summer school?
Yes. Interventions will be served during summer school.

5. Will lunch be provided during summer school? 
No. Lunch will not be provided during summer school. Breakfast; however, will be provided to students. 

Registration/Annual Family Update

Registration (for all students, new and returning): August  6th (7:00AM-1:00PM) OR August 7th  (1:00PM-7:00PM)

  • Come to either date in the time windows listed for about 20 minutes to complete registration.
  • Bring immunization records, physical forms, and proof of address, and pay student fees.
