The Teacher Career Pathway (TCP) is a DSST system designed to support teacher growth and development and is an integral part of coaching at DSST. It consists of measurement tools, a career pathway, and performance recognition. By giving teachers the opportunity to receive and reflect on feedback from multiple perspectives, TCP aims to help teachers grow, increase our collective impact on students, and increase career satisfaction.

Our network offers a diverse set of internal and external professional development opportunities that provide teachers, leaders, and support staff with the chance to drive their own growth and development. DSST has partnered with the National Equity Project for our second year to continue to build the individual and collective commitment to equity and inclusion across the network. We believe that by building inclusive teams where individuals feel valued for their unique contributions will strengthen student outcomes and school communities by supporting individual identity development.
