As part of Governor Polis’ efforts to ensure that every person in Colorado has access to a vaccine, DSST: CG HS has been selected as a vaccine equity clinic site.  The clinic will focus on serving BIPOC populations and people who face barriers to accessing health care and an estimated 250 Coloradans in our Conservatory Green community will be able to be vaccinated.  Additionally, we know that colleges are starting to consider requiring a Covid Vaccine for the fall. Because we’re going to be administering the Pfizer vaccine, this is open to all students and family members of DSST: CG HS who will be 16 and older as of April 25th.  Students who are not yet 18 will need parent permission and to be accompanied by a parent at the time of the vaccine.

DATE: Sun, April 25th (first dosage), and Sun, May 16th (second dosage)

TIME: 1 - 3 PM (whatever time you select for your April 25th appointment, you’ll have the same time for your second dosage appointment on May 16th)

LOCATION: DSST: Conservatory Green High School (5590 Central Park Blvd.) in Building 4

Appointments for this clinic require a sign up, no walk in appointments are available. To reserve your time, sign up HERE!

A few things that you may have questions about are addressed in the FAQ. One note: you do not need a government-issued ID like a driver’s license or passport to get the vaccine. Some medical forms may have a field to enter your social security number, but you are not required to complete it.
