We are so excited to kick-off E-school tomorrow! I wanted to reach out to make sure you have clarity so you can support us in getting your student fully online with us! We will be using Microsoft Teams to hold classes with students each day. Your students’ schedule is linked HERE. During each class block, your student will open a Teams Meeting link that was sent to them through Teams by their teacher and through the One-pager in their email from me last night. They will join this virtual meeting to access the lesson, ask questions, and have time to complete their work. Attached to this message you will find a PDF that details your students’ courses and has links to the Teams Meetings for these courses. This is for your information only and can be used as a ‘back-up’ to support your student tomorrow if they are having any trouble finding an invitation or with the links from their teacher or the email from me and, therefore, are unable to find their Teams classroom. If your student continues to have issues or other tech issues arise, please have them send an email to student.helpdesk@scienceandtech.org and also email their advisor. Their advisor should be their, and your, first point of contact for any questions about E-school. Thank you so much for your ongoing support. We are so grateful for your partnership and overjoyed to be able to see your students’ smiling faces tomorrow!
